If you find that your account has been hacked, report it immediately to Comfort-Way support service. Please change your e-mail and Comfort-Way account password as soon as possible.

What time does it take for the funds to be credited to my Comfort-Way account upon the payment confirmation?

As a rule, funds are credited to the personal account balance instantly. In some cases it can take up to 24 hours. If within 24 hours after the transfer of funds they were not credited, please send a request to the support service specifying the payment details. Undoubtedly, your problem will be solved.

You can withdraw funds only in the same currency in which they were received. If you're using different payment systems you will see it in your personal account.
